Little Beach Street, Gosport c.1900. The last buildings of this street were demolished in the early 1960s. This scene shows a small boy in a sailor suit asking an old man walking his dog as to where he can try out his model yacht. The man directs him to the moat on the other side of the Vicarage. The original Camber & Nicholson yard can be seen in the background. The location today is in front of the tower block nearest the Vicarage on the Gosport shoreline right behind Holy Trinity Church.
