The Harvest Home pub in Ann's Hill Road in the 1960s. This was a time when the pub had a major refit and became a very popular venue with the young generation of the time. Its proximity to Thorngate Halls which had also been recently built made it a success. Many famous bands and personalities such as Eric Clapton, The Cream, Lulu, etc. appeared there. At the time set in this painting, my father, Frank Marshall was the landlord.
